1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QORE website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for business and professional users. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Informational nature of the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It does not constitute an offer to sell or a binding commitment to provide any product or service. Any commercial relationship is subject to separate written agreements, diligence, and approvals.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and software) are owned by QORE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts connected to the Site;
  • Introduce malware, interfere with security, or disrupt the operation of the Site;
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a way that impairs performance or breaches our policies or third-party rights; or
  • Use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. You should obtain professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QORE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless QORE and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by QORE in its corporate documentation, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Note: Insert your chosen governing law and venue after legal review.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
